Ministers of the Eucharist:
Attached is the Eucharist Minister schedule for period covering:
Please read the following:
- All Ministers are asked to sign in ten minutes before Mass.
- At ten minutes of Mass, a replacement will looked for and assigned.
- No later than five minutes of Mass.
- Respect the time before Mass in the Sacristy as a time of preparation.
- It is essential this area be in a state of prayer and quiteness; as we prepare for the celebration of Mass.
- If for some reason, you cannot attend the Mass you are scheduled for,
please get a substitute or call Mary Vigil and she will help look.
- Please do not call someone that is already scheduled as it puts them
in an uncomfortable position and feel they need to attend both Masses.
- Substitutes are to sign in.
Ministers of the Eucharist
- Only Priest and/or Deacon are to assist at the Parking Lot side of the Church.
- Be aware of where in the Sanctuary, you have signed up for and please do not take another ministers place, as it causes confusion.
- Please be aware of the dress code as you participate in this ministry (no Levi's/ Jeans).
