St. John Vianney Parish invites you to meet the Lord and join
us in the faith formation process called the RCIA.
This process is for people wishing to become members of the
Catholic Church through the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation.
The RCIA is offered to:
• People who are not baptized
• People who are baptized in another Christian religion
• People who are baptized as Catholics and have not received their First Communion (Eucharist) and/or Confirmation.
• Catholics who have not participated in the life of the
church for a period of time and desire to return to their
family of faith.
• Practicing Catholics who want more knowledge of their
faith.
The process includes the study of scripture, Catholic worship,
church tradition, doctrines of the faith, the sacraments and the
ideals of the Catholic community.
Classes begin on Monday, August 10 @ 7:00pm in the
Fireside room of the Parish Hall.
